Watch LIVE as thousands of students converge on Kraljevo for a massive anti-government protest, part of Serbia’s largest wave of demonstrations since the 1990s. Students from multiple cities walked for days to reach today’s gathering, chanting “Pump it, pump it, Ibar water!” This protest follows Monday’s blockade of national broadcasters RTS and RTV, where students pitched tents demanding fair coverage of their movement. The demonstrations, which began in November after 16 people died in the Novi Sad railway station collapse, have now spread to 400 cities across Serbia. President Aleksandar Vučić has alternated between calls for dialogue and accusations that students are attempting a “color revolution.” Recent polls show approximately 80% of Serbians support the students’ demands for accountability, transparency, and institutional reform.
