While the LAPD has not yet officially named a suspect, People Magazine reports that "multiple sources" allege the couple was killed by their 32-year-old son, Nick Reiner. Police have confirmed Nick Reiner is currently being questioned by detectives but emphasize no formal arrests have been made as the investigation continues. The couple was discovered with fatal stab wounds after a medical aid call at 3:30 p.m. The Reiner family has issued a statement asking for privacy during this "unbelievably difficult time."
