Is Hezbollah included? It's a very difficult situation,” Marcos told reporters during the press conference.
The Philippine president stressed that ASEAN nations remain highly vulnerable to disruptions in Middle East energy supplies, with more than 90 percent of the region’s fuel imports passing through the Strait of Hormuz. The strategic waterway remains blocked amid the ongoing crisis, intensifying fears of shortages and price shocks.
The remarks came as global attention remains fixed on the fragile ceasefire situation involving the United States, Iran, Israel, and Hezbollah, with concerns growing over the risk of wider regional conflict.
