Justin Baldoni Disputes Allegations of Smear Campaign and SH in New Summary Judgment Filing

Part three of Bryan Freedman’s newly filed summary judgment motion for Justin Baldoni argues that resurfaced videos of Blake Lively do not support her claims of a smear campaign, noting that Baldoni’s actions were simply self-defense and did not involve bots or fake accounts. The filing states Baldoni never intended to isolate or lie about Lively and includes a video of her initiating an unscripted kiss during a hospital scene, which his team says undermines her sexual harassment narrative. It also asserts that Lively had significant control over key aspects of the film, locations, hours, costumes, and intimate scenes. The defendants ask the judge to dismiss the case without a trial.
