8:14Now PlayingThere are a lot of comments so I'm just going to generally respond to all of you here.
First off, I appreciate the kind words from you guys on all points of the political spectrum. You showed a lot of grace and class in the comments and I salute you glorious fucks.
Secondly, I want to respond to the people who can't seem to understand why I would be concerned. I don't know what your life looks like but sometimes I cry. Doesn't happen often, truthfully wish it did because I learned what a lot of guys learn early on that it's absolutely not ok, and that gets in the way of honesty sometimes. Either way I'm totally fine with it now and accept it the same way I accept laughter. So lighten up. You don't need to try and impress anyone here.
Furthermore, I did not cry for Hillary Clinton. There is a part of me on the inside that's happy that someone as arrogant and politically stale didn't come into power. In that respect we're on the same page here so try to remember that. I supported the party's nominee as I'm sure many of you would have had Trump not won the nomination.
What stirred my emotions was the thought of all the pain and conflict that will surely follow in the coming months that will likely only intensify as time goes on. I think about it in terms of the human cost to all of this, and it will be a great one, and I can't help but feel that pain that so many of us share right now.
I have been growing slowly more and more concerned during this election season and have watched that concern bubble into full on anxiety. When you think about what's to come, I suspect it won't be hard for you to sympathize.
