While teaching the students about fire safety, Dave asked Natalie to put on his bunker gear but she had no idea that he had the ring inside the pocket. Dave got down on one knee and proposed to Natalie in front of all her students who shouted with excitement. Natalie tells Inside Edition that she couldn't have asked for a better proposal. #InsideEdition
