She also tweeted: "It was Janet's wish not to make any further comments about her health, however, because of the great concern (cont)." Reports surfaced that she had throat cancer after she postponed her world tour last month. The singer told fans that she needed surgery but did not explain why. She is set to return to the stage in March. #InsideEdition
