The dog was spotted on a beach in Greece in and was nothing more than skin and bones. A volunteer at an animal rescue organization saw his picture online and made it her mission to save him. The poor dog Billy was severely emaciated had trouble walking and was suffering from mange. Two months after his rescue he is a completely different dog. #InsideEdition
