So, the Good Samaritan brought them to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay. Doctors say the pups, which were just under two months old, were emaciated and suffering horribly from a severe skin disease caused by parasites. The shelter explains the dogs will need 4 to 6 weeks of intense, costly treatments to recover. #InsideEdition
