0:48Now Playing23-year-old Joshua James is accused of tossing an alligator through Wendy's drive thru window. Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission say James admitted to them that he picked up the gator on the side of the road and brought it to the restaurant. No word on whether anyone inside Wendy's at the time was hurt.
The gator was eventually released back into a nearby canal before anyone started serving it for lunch. #InsideEdition
