0:54Now PlayingThe reason an otter died in the hands of zookeepers was because of a pair of pants. That's according to an investigation by the Calgary Zoo in Canada. A necropsy revealed the otter named Logan drowned after becoming tangled in the pants. They were an unauthorized item for the12-year-old otter to use and given to the mammal by zookeepers investigators said. They add zoo protocols were broken by 2 staff members who've since been disciplined the final report stated. #InsideEdition
