James Meyers says he was driving his daughter to school when he "got pulled over for a bad brake light, (and) they ran my driver's license," he told IE. "I thought it was a joke," he said. "I was handcuffed. They took my wallet, searched me, and patted me down." Right now, the defendant says all he can do is laugh about the arrest. #InsideEdition
