The police dispatcher in Hartford, Connecticut calmly told the caller her question wasn't an emergency. Police explain the woman who still ate part of the pie, initially called the pizza place to complain but wasn't satisfied with their response. However, the pizza shop owner says the whole thing could have been cleared up instantly. The caller, whose name was not released, was given a verbal warning by police. #InsideEdition
