Some companies use a filler made from wood pulp in their cheese called cellulose to keep the cheese from caking. The FDA says there should be no more than 2 percent. A sample from Pizza Hut had 4.9 percent cellulose and one at Domino's came in at 5.4 percent. A packet of Colonna brand grated cheese had 21.6 percent cellulose. #InsideEdition
