An animal volunteer visiting the area in West Virginia made the horrific discovery. The 3-foot tall horse named Sebastian, apparently, suffered from blunt force trauma to the head at 2-years-old according to PETA. Sebastian was brought to a farm to be treated for his injuries. He was then taken to sanctuary in New Mexico to his new permanent home where he celebrated by getting dirty. #InsideEdition
