So she signed the song lyrics to 'My Wish' by the Rascal Flats so he could understand them. His reaction is perfect. They even stop dancing because he's so in awe of his daughter's surprise video. Both Julie's parents were born hard of hearing because of an outbreak of the Rubella Measles in the mid-sixties. #InsideEdition
