Scott Poore, a volunteer with a local animal shelter, spotted the dog sweltering from the heat and couldn't sit still about it. So he called police to rescue the poor pooch from Chevy Tahoe parked in the lot of a Home Depot in Kansas. Police say the dog was returned to its owner who was ticketed for unlawful treatment of an animal. #InsideEdition
