In a video posted to YouTube by Norma Alvarez, the tiny cubs can be seen playing in the water at Pope Beach as paddle boarders floated at a safe distance and sunbathers watched from afar. "Aw, she's giving him a hug," a child watching the entire scene can be heard saying in the background as the mama bear embraced one of her cubs. The mother then led her cubs toward a picnic table for some treats. #InsideEdition
