Check out these precious pooches rescued by police from a scorching car in New York. Some of them had never been out of their crates or even touched pavement before. Their owner, who investigators say has a mental illness, was taken to a local hospital for evaluation. 21 puppies and a four-year-old German Shepherd were taken in by an animal rescue groups. The pups were then placed in several fosters homes where they're waiting to be adopted by loving families. #InsideEdition
