This poor donkey was stuck in cold, filthy water stranded with no way to escape. If he laid down he would have drowned. Rescuers don't know how he fell down there but this hole was too small to safely lift him out. So they went to work using a hammer then a drill to break open the cement. Once the hole was widened they needed a ladder and a rope to carefully lift the animal out of its misery to safety. #InsideEdition
