They say they are being kept in cruel conditions in Albania. Another bear was apparently forced to live in a damp concrete cage next to a restaurant's bathroom. With help from the government, a group called Four Paws eventually came to its rescue. He was taken to a zoo and will be transferred to an animal sanctuary in Kosovo. #InsideEdition
