Police in Overland Park say 40 year-old Oleh Zhownirovych came up behind the baby who was sitting in a shopping cart while the child's mother was waiting for her groceries to be packed up. They says he put his hands on the baby's throat and tried to pull her out of her seat. That's when security guards and other shoppers came to the rescue, subduing the man until police could come. #InsideEdition
