Josh Adkins reportedly had an outstanding warrant and did not stop for officers as they pursued him at about 10:30 p.m. Instead, police say he pulled through the drive-thru then left through the parking lot. Adkins then reportedly drove to a nearby neighborhood, where he pulled over at a home. #InsideEdition
