Police say 21-year-old Jacob May approached a store employee as she took trash to a Dumpster in Concord on Tuesday. May then allegedly claimed he was a vampire and began running toward her. The employee ran inside the store for help as May allegedly screamed, "just touch me, I can save you," according to a Concord Police Department statement. #InsideEdition
