In September, Nick Gordon was deemed legally responsible for the death of 22-year-old Brown after he failed to appear at a civil hearing at the Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta. His absence marked the second hearing Gordon had missed and as a result, he was found in contempt of the order and the judgement was made by default. #InsideEdition
