The teen was filmed hanging off the rails of a Carnival Cruise ship last month and has sparked concern and outrage after the video was released. He could have lost his grip and fallen right into the ocean. The video was posted to YouTube with the caption: "let's get this viral." Carnival Cruise says the matter is being investigated. #InsideEdition
