The Polk County Sheriff's Office responded to a call to find a 20-year-old mare submerged in a pond up to his head. He reportedly could not find solid ground in a wet area full of decomposing wood and mulch, leaving only his back and above exposed. Rescuers lifted the animal using a pulley system before drying him off with towels. Police say the horse is now in stable condition. #InsideEdition
