1:29Now PlayingMark Quartiano, the world's most successful shark fisherman, was on his vessel Wednesday morning when he found a kilo of cocaine in the water. The former Miami-Dade officer knew what the package was after his slew of drug busts during Miami's cocaine-fueled era of the late 1970s and early 1980s. After calling the Coast Guard to take the package, he handed the kilo over. He doesn't know what else the package may have contained but said there is a possibility there could be cash in there. #InsideEdition
