When Dixon's 26-year-old brother, Ronald Steward, came to Dixon's aid, Loyd allegedly shot him too, critically wounding the man, according to reports. Loyd fled and has not been seen since, police said. Officials say he is considered armed and dangerous. #InsideEdition
