Residents described the storm as "freezing rain" but took advantage of the cool conditions in a unique way. With skates on their feet, people around town filled the streets and glided across slippery roads that had frozen over. A reported half-an-inch of ice covered the roads but that didn't stop anyone from having fun. #InsideEdition
