The Hernando County Sheriff's Office in Florida says it found the dog, named Chi Chi, covered in wounds when they arrived at the home after getting complaints about a pit bull running loose in the neighborhood. Officers found 3 dogs in total, but say only Chi Chi seemed to be starved. The dogs' owner, Deandre Goodson, is charged with one count of animal cruelty. #InsideEdition
