The bizarre story unfolded after Trooper Edward Andersson was dispatched to the scene of a 911 call in which a driver said he'd been shot on the highway. While on route, the 27-year veteran came upon a car that had overturned, causing a woman to be ejected and killed. While placing road flares around the scene, Andersson was shot by a suspect who then physically attacked him. #InsideEdition
