Zoo Miami took to Facebook to announce the death of its matriarch gorilla, Josephine. Josephine is said to be the grandmother of Harambe, the silverback gorilla who was shot and killed after a young child got into his enclosure at the Cincinnati Zoo. Josephine was brought to the zoo in 1983 and made headlines after receiving historic cataract surgery to restore her fading eyesight. The zoo says it made the very difficult decision to euthanize the grandmother after they say she could hardly move. #InsideEdition
