This is the moment Scott Kegelman of New York learned his wife, Debreh Gilbert, had been found. The 64-year-old suffers from Alzheimer's disease. Kegelman says she disappeared while they were shopping at a Rite Aid on a Saturday night. Police started searching for her and missing person fliers went up all over the neighborhood. It wasn't until Wednesday when Kegelman got the good news. A nurse at St. Barnabas Hospital saw Gilbert's photo on the news and recognized her. #InsideEdition
