At this point it's just muscle memory. Watch a 5th grade teacher bust a move with his students. He has a different handshake with at least 40 of them. Barry White who's based in Charlotte says it helps energize his students for the day. He's not the only teacher with the creative idea. Mr. Bussey in Georgia does something similar with his 3rd graders. Both say it encourages them to be interested in learning. #InsideEdition
