Bryan Ray says he's so obsessed with Britney Spears, he's had cosmetic surgery to look like her. The 31-year-old from Los Angeles started the transformation to look like the pop star when he was 17. He's spent more than $80,000 on 90 cosmetic procedures and about $500 a month on lotions to keep his skin looking young. He's referred to as "Britney" by his friends and call the "Gimme More" singer "perfect." #InsideEdition
