YouTube Description
as posted by the channelThe death of a 5-month-old girl who cops say starved to death after her parents died of drug overdoses has been ruled a homicide. The Johnstown Police Department says officers found three bodies in the house just days before Christmas. 27-year-old Jason Chambers and 19-year-old Chelsea Cardaro had been dead for a week and their baby, Summer, likely died 3 or 4 days later according to the coroner. Toxicology tests show they died from an overdose of fentanyl, a powerful opiate. #InsideEdition
