YouTube Description

as posted by the channel

Blake Horton, 34, says on average his meals consist of 4,000 calories each. He originally dropped 60 pounds by counting the calories of his small meals but grew tired of it after he says he was hungry all the time. Now he has one large meal a day and his dishes consist of things like ice cream, waffles, pizza, cheese and other items you'd never expect to see on a diet. Horton says he keeps tallies the carbs, fat, protein, fiber and potassium that go into each meal and only eats what he's already exercised off. #InsideEdition
