Now he has one large meal a day and his dishes consist of things like ice cream, waffles, pizza, cheese and other items you'd never expect to see on a diet. Horton says he keeps tallies the carbs, fat, protein, fiber and potassium that go into each meal and only eats what he's already exercised off. #InsideEdition
