A couple in desperate need of a kidney for their son turned to Facebook for help and an old friend answered the call. Ryan Wagner was already battling colon cancer when his son Miles was born in 2014, but when the baby was 2 months old he was found to have a genetic condition that was causing his liver and kidneys to fail. He was able to get a liver donation from a deceased donor when he was a year-old, but he still needed a new kidney and soon. #InsideEdition
