Authorities say 29-year-old Jenny Santos fell over the railing while trying to catch her twin sister's falling hat. They say she fell 30 feet onto the marble floor. Santos was rushed to a hospital but she couldn't be saved. It happened at the Oculus, a multi-billion dollar transit hub at the World Trade Center. Santos was a teacher and coached rowing. #InsideEdition
