1:07Now PlayingIt was a Valentine's miracle for Lisa Salberg. On February 14, she left the hospital with her brand new heart twleve days after getting a transplant. The 48-year-old from New Jersey was put on the transplant donor list back in November and 71 days later doctors had a match. Many in Lisa's family suffered from the same disease called Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy or HCM. So Lisa founded an organization to raise awareness about the genetic disorder.
