There was meth in a little boy's system when he died of starvation a forensic pathologist revealed. 9-year-old Cameron Hoopingarner's death was ruled a homicide.

The boy had Cerebral Palsy and was blind. Investigators didn't say how much meth the boy consumed but believe the drugs were taken around him.
