A woman's family is standing by her after police say she intentionally left her daughter at a grocery store. On Tuesday afternoon, authorities tracked down Chiengkham Vilaysane, 31, at a bank and arrested her on suspicion of child neglect and willfully harming a child. On Thursday, the father of Vilaysane's oldest child told reporters he doesn't believe she left the child intentionally. He said he believes mental illness played a role. Her sister is now looking after the little girl. #InsideEdition
