A student told authorities she saw Tennessee teacher Tad Cummins kiss 15-year-old Elizabeth Thomas at school days before he allegedly kidnapped her. The student described it as "a peck on the lips" and said she was "freaked out." But when the student asked the teacher about what she had seen, he allegedly told her he was simply a "father figure" to Elizabeth. The pair has now been missing more than a week. #InsideEdition
