The jewelry store owner who locked a 46-year-old woman in his vault after he says she tried to rob him is speaking out. Cops say the lady tried to snatch a fortune in dazzling gems. Jeweler Vladislav “Bobby” Yampolsky told Inside Edition: "This woman was planning on leaving with $7 million worth of diamonds without us even knowing it." The jeweler says the scam was so obvious it was almost laughable. #InsideEdition
