as posted by the channel

A fraternity brother is breaking his silence after the hazing death of a freshman pledge at Penn State University. Eight members of the Beta Theta Phi fraternity have been charged with involuntary manslaughter following the death of Tim Piazza, 19, in February. Ten other students also face charges of hazing and tampering with evidence. "As I walked into the room, there were people surrounding him, kind of pointing and laughing," Fraternity brother Kordel Davis told "Good Morning America" Monday. #InsideEdition
