The athlete was attempting to cross a six-lane highway in her Toyota SUV. She had the green light but heavy traffic forced her to stop in the middle of the intersection. The passenger in that car was 78-year-old Jerome Barson, who died two weeks later from a shattered pelvis and internal injuries. Williams was not ticketed, nor charged in the crash. #InsideEdition
