1:43Now PlayingA grandmother was screaming as she was hauled out of her car after refusing to sign a traffic ticket. Rose Campbell, 65, was pulled over for failing to stay in her lane. When she wouldn’t sign the citation, two more cops arrive on the scene and she was dragged out of her car and placed under arrest. It happened in Alpharetta, Ga. A police representative said aspects of the incident “simply do not represent who we are as an organization.” The incident is under investigation. #InsideEdition
