Jake recently was found alive, 2,000 miles from home, in Pennsylvania. His owner was thrilled, but because she just had a baby, she couldn't travel to get him. After hearing the news, 20 total strangers pitched in to bring Jake home. No one knows how Jake ended up in Pennsylvania, but there is speculation he may have hitched a ride on a truck. #InsideEdition
