Fernando Herrera, Riverside County Fire Captain, gave a mother of three some advice. “The first thing you want to do is open up the nozzle, let the water flow for at least a minute and make sure that the cool water will start running before you fill the pool,” said Herrera. He said to always keep the hose in the shade when it it’s not being used. #InsideEdition
